Q: What is the maximum weight capacity? Who is it suitable for? A: Maximum weight capacity of 265-331 lbs, suitable for individuals with limited mobility, elderly users for short-distance travel, and post-surgery rehabilitation assistance.

II. Usage & Operation

Q: Is it difficult to operate? Can elderly users learn quickly? A: Extremely simple control design—single-handed joystick controls forward, reverse, and turning, with built-in speed adjustment button (0-6km/h). Users can master it within 5 minutes.

Q: Does it support manual mode? What happens if the battery dies? A: Supports dual electric + manual modes. After power loss, it can switch to manual pushing (low resistance), or connect to a power bank for emergency charging.
